L'aérosol ne fonctionne pas bien

La texture est agréable, non collante mais je ne vois aucun résultat, en sachant que j'ai pris également l'insomniaque (bouteille bleue).
Application matin et soir.
Il faut appuyer plusieurs fois et très fort sur l'aérosol .

Aérosol souvent défectueux, quelle déception !

Adepte du produit il y a quelques années pour toutes les qualités énoncées, je l'ai abandonné l'année dernière pour un problème technique récurrent. L'aérosol ne fonctionne pas correctement : c'est un liquide qui sort et qui n'a rien d'une mousse ! A 2 reprises, j'ai acheté ce produit et l'ai rapporté en faisant constater le problème et me suis fait rembourser. Pas de chance, bombe défectueuse ! c'était la raison. Après 1 an, je re tente ma chance et viens de refaire un achat : même souci ! j'ai suivi tous les conseils : l'agiter avant emploi.... pas de mousse mais un liquide sans crépitement bref aérosol régulièrement défectueux, c'est vraiment dommage vu le prix...

A la hauteur de mes attentes

Produit avec super agréable odeur,facile à appliquer et bien toléré par la peau. Deux semaines après la première utilisation, j'ai toujours des bons résultats.Un grand merci à mme Emilie du service clients qui a fait un geste commercial :)) le premier flacon était défectueux au niveau du distributeur de mousse; ainsi j'ai retrouvé le même produit et procédé à ma nouvelle commande qui m'a apporté le bon flacon cette fois-ci.
Garancia est une première utilisation pour moi et je ne regrette pas!
