BRAND AND PRODUCTS
Independent laboratories have proven that most of our formulas are stable for more than 30 months. Thus, according to the Cosmetics Directive, they do not need to have an expiry date.
We mention the PAO, ie the Period After Opening, on each of our products. So you can see on our boxes a pictogram representing an open jar indicating the recommended period for use, once the packaging is open. It usually ranges from 6 months (6M) to 12 months (12M).

The entire range is designed without parabens.
We do not carry out animal testing for our finished products and thus comply with the applicable European regulations. Nor are they made of animal materials, except products made from the hive, such as beeswax. We test our finished products by alternative or clinical methods on volunteers. In addition, to ensure total objectivity, these tests are conducted by independent laboratories. Our priority is to guarantee you perfect safety from our products.
Due to very strong demand, unfortunately we cannot send samples any more. We invite you to visit one of our sales points nearest to you. An adviser will help you discover the products adapted to your type of skin and give you samples.
Absolutely, Garancia products are mixed. Men can use Philtre Légendaire and Centenaire Retrouvé® as aftershave to avoid irritation due to shaving. They also like Pschitt Magique®, which is fast, simple and effective to use, and cleans and purifies the skin after an electric shave. The non-greasy, silky texture of the Mystérieux Repulpant® anti-ageing serum is very popular as well as the lighter Diabolique Tomate® Water Cream.
Larmes de Fantôme® roll-on is a treatment specially designed for the eyes, as well as the eyelids. What’s more, Mystérieux Repulpant® serum and En 2 Coups de Baguette® make-up remover are suitable for the face and eyes. They can therefore be applied to the contour around the eyes.
The brand doesn’t want to be classified as "organic" care. Garancia offers natural products, made of numerous plant extracts, some of which are organic, but also "high-tech" active ingredients such as certain peptides (anti-puffiness, anti-dark circles, anti-wrinkles...) that make Garancia care products innovative and at the forefront of the latest advances in cosmetological research.
The age at which Garancia products can be used varies according to the ranges. In fact, the Marabou Range, specially designed for combination to oily skin prone to imperfections, can be used from puberty. It is also suitable for more mature skin prone to imperfections. The Mysterious Range, with its anti-ageing action, is used according to the intensity of your wrinkles. We advise you to make your beauty diagnosis online to discover which treatments are best suited to your skin type.

To create a Garancia account, go to the Login box. Fill in your Surname, First Name, Email, Country, Date of Birth and Password. Then click Create my account
To change your password, sign in to your account and go to the Personal Data area. Click on email and password and then on Change password. Fill in your current password and the new password. Validate to confirm the change
To get your password, go to My Account. Click on "Forgotten password". Fill in your email address. A password reset email will be sent to you.

Select your products, add them to your basket by clicking on "Add to basket", then finalise your order. To finish, you need to: - Log in by creating an account, or using your e-mail address and your password to access your personal space - Choose your delivery method - Indicate recipient and payer details - Enter the card payment information - Confirm the transaction Customer services are at your disposal for any questions or support you might need!
To add a product to your order, simply click on "CONTINUE MY PURCHASES" on the summary page of your basket. You will then be redirected to the page which contains all our products. To order a new product, select the product you fancy and click "add to basket".
Simply enter the code in the "PROMOTIONAL CODE" box on the summary page of your basket. The product on offer will then appear in your basket.
Once the promotional code has been entered, the product on offer should appear in the summary of your order.

Your online payment is 100% secure. The bank transaction will take place directly between you and the banking organisation. No data is stored on our servers, so the confidentiality of your bank information is guaranteed
After filling in your bank card details and validating your order, our service provider will ask your bank to confirm payment and give its authorisation. If your payment is refused, please contact your bank.
Following validation of your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with a link to your statement. You will need to enter your details (login and password) to access your personal space. You can also find your PDF statement directly in your My Account / My Orders area.
