Garancia launches a new range of solar products

Savéria Coste, the founder of Garancia, has finally found the magic formula for her sunscreens.
It has selected organic UV filters consistent with its formulation charter, in order to preserve a sensory experience that meets users' expectations - a key element in promoting adherence, loyalty and regular application of sun care products.

The formula includes a shield of various organic filters combined with a bioprotective cocktail . To broaden its protective spectrum, the founder combined two red algae extracts with pongamia oil. Its antioxidant potential strengthens the skin's natural protective mechanisms.

The range consists of three protective products:

Incredibly Soft Invisible Fluid SPF50+
The Transforming Protective Sun Water SPF50+
Red Transforming Solar Water, Tan Accelerator SPF30

The range also includes an Express Fresh Milky Mist after sun . The launch will be supported by a massive, exclusively digital communication campaign.

The launch of the Solar range

When asked about the context of the launch, Savéria Coste explained that the French cosmetics market was very dynamic and that Garancia was outperforming expectations with 18.4% growth in 2022 (versus 12% for the total beauty market in pharmacies and drugstores, according to GERS). In pharmacies, growth is driven by sunscreens (+34.5% in 2022), followed by facial and body care products. This is why Garancia decided to enter this market by offering a "clean" and sensorial formula, which represents a real challenge.

Strengths of the range

When asked about the advantages of this range of sun care products, Savéria Coste explained that the brand had chosen organic filters that meet the requirements of its formulation charter, with formulas that are more environmentally friendly, rated 100% on Yuka.
Active ingredients have been added to protect the skin's elastin. The protective cocktail has been formulated in an ultra-sensory and deliciously scented format. Garancia is therefore bringing innovation to a saturated market dominated by leaders with only a few products.
By launching this range of sun care products, Garancia offers an environmentally friendly alternative that is beneficial for skin health, while also providing a pleasant sensory experience.
